findCar instructions

Choose your tracker to install it, activate it with a plan and start seeing it in the app. All in a few minutes.

Start here

  1. Install the tracker

    Follow the guide for your model: OBD 4G or Tracker 4G.

  2. Activate your plan

    On Activate choose a plan and pay. You don’t need the IMEI. If it’s your first purchase, you’ll get an email to create your password.

  3. Log in to the app and add the device

    With your email and password. We explain it in the app guide.

Quick help

I’ve paid and it doesn’t show up in the app

Paying and adding the device are two separate steps: after paying, add it in the app with its IMEI. →

It shows “disconnected” in the app

It shouldn’t while parked: in power-saving mode it sends its position every 5 minutes and stays connected. If it shows disconnected, move the vehicle somewhere with coverage (out of the garage or basement), check that the tracker is getting power (OBD plugged in properly or Tracker connected to the battery) and that your subscription is active in My account. →

I don’t remember my password

On the app’s login screen tap the option to recover it and you’ll receive an email. →
