Once the purchase process has been successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the reference number that identifies your order and the summary of the purchase. Please review it and keep it as a receipt for what you are purchasing for future communication.
All our prices are indicated in euros, and include VAT for sale within the European Union. The only applicable supplementary cost is shipping. For special shipments we reserve the right to invoice, with your acceptance, the actual transportation costs.
Orders will be shipped after payment is received and identified.
findCar GPS makes its deliveries in Europe.
In peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands we deliver through Express Mail or courier.
In the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla we make deliveries through the Post Office.
To the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the shipping costs are € 5.
Please check that your delivery address is as complete and accurate as possible, the telephone number and email address are correct.
Do not allow more than 7 days from our notification of shipment by email without claiming the order. Make sure that the email you have provided is correct so that you can receive the shipping notification without problems.
By confirming these PURCHASE TERMS, the customer agrees to pay second freight in cases of returns for incomplete addresses, not completed by the same and for shipments not claimed in time.
FindCar cannot be held responsible If you cannot send the requested order due to circumstances beyond your control, including DELAYS by our suppliers, fires, floods, strikes, electrical problems, etc.
If upon receiving your order you are not satisfied, you can exercise your right of withdrawal contained in the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users requesting its return within a period of 20 natural days from the date you received the order using the original packaging in which you received your order. The products to be returned must be in perfect condition, without their use being limited. Once it has been verified that these conditions are met, the full amount of the affected product or products will be refunded (including the shipping costs of the order). The consumer must pay the shipping costs for the return of the goods.
In the event that the return is feasible, the purchase price will be returned in full according to the form of payment made. The payment will be made as soon as we have received the product to be returned and we have confirmed that it meets our minimum requirements. Buyers will only be responsible for the postal charges that it applies to them when returning the products.
The claim for erroneous shipments must be made within a maximum of 48-72h from the receipt of the package.
Subscription services are not refundable, except for your first subscription, which you can withdraw within the legal period of 15 days. The proportional part of the subscription days consumed from the beginning until the receipt of your withdrawal notice will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed. The renewal of subscriptions are not subject to withdrawal.

findCar offers a two-year warranty that starts from the moment the product is delivered to the customer. The invoice is the guarantee, please keep it. This warranty covers manufacturing and material faults that may appear when the products have been used in accordance with the instructions for use. The warranty does not cover damage to the product as a result of improper use, lack of care or modifications.
If a defect appears and findCar you receive a warranty activation request within the relevant Warranty Period, findCar As provided by the law, three options: repair of the product (1), exchange for a new product (2), return of money (3). Any replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty or for a period of thirty (30) days (whichever is longer), or for any additional period of time required by applicable law.

This authorization form for warranty activation must be included with the product for assistance, do not forget to indicate in it your order number.
This Limited Product Warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the Product that was purchased from findCar or authorized dealer and manufactured by or for findCar . This warranty does not apply to a product or parts of a product that have been repaired, altered, restored or modified by any person not authorized by findCar , nor is it applicable to any cosmetic damage such as scratches, dings and dents. In addition, this limited product warranty does not apply to damage or defects resulting from (a) use with non-proprietary products. findCar ; (b) accident, abuse, misuse, faulty handling, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (c) normal wear and tear or aging of the Product such as discoloration or elongation; or (d) use of the Product regardless of the uses for which it is intended, without being in accordance with the instructions provided by findCar GPS, or with an inappropriate voltage or power supply.
No reseller, distributor, agent or employee of findCar GPS is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Limited Product Warranty. If any term in this document is considered illegal or unenforceable, the legality or applicability of the rest of the terms will not be affected or harmed.
