No, it doesn't matter which mobile operator you have on your smartphone. Each findCar GPS is equipped with its own SIM card, so it operates independently of your phone.
In relation to connectivity with the phone / smartphone and the Internet, 2G / 3G mobile phone data transmission technologies are used
The costs of data transmission over the mobile phone network are included in the findCar subscription plans
For example, in Spain it will use the Movistar, Orange, Vodafone and Yoigo networks as necessary, thus having greater coverage than any of them separately.

The GPS locator continuously sends and receives data about the GPS location over the mobile networks in your area, allowing you to track your vehicle in real time in more than 180 countries around the world. To make this possible, each locator has a built-in SIM card.

Once you receive your FindCart GPS device, you must choose your subscription plan from those on this page, and then you can activate your FindCar GPS. FindCar GPS locators use mobile networks in your country to send the GPS location of your vehicle to FinCart's servers, and from there to your mobile smartphone or via the Web.
