findCar GPS locators use your country's mobile networks to send your vehicle's GPS location to findCar's servers, and from there to your mobile smartphone or via the Web. Therefore, there are costs for data transmission by the cell phone companies in your country. That way your vehicle will always be located with worldwide coverage.

Once you receive your findCar GPS device, you must choose your subscription plan from the ones on this page, and then you can activate your findCar GPS. You can choose from the options available for the coverage period with the payment interval you prefer. The subscription will be renewed in the indicated periods.

Of course. You can cancel your subscription plan at any time. As the subscription is paid in advance, you can cancel it at any time before it expires so that it will not be renewed. You can do it by accessing your account, or through the contact form. More information in our terms of sale .

Yes. The plan pays for the SIM and data the tracker uses to send its location, the App and support. Without an active plan it does not show in the App.

What is the difference between the plans?

None in the service: they all include the same. Only the period you pay in advance changes; the longer it is, the less you pay per month.

Is there a minimum term? Can I cancel?

There is no commitment beyond the period you pay for. You pay now and can cancel whenever you like before it renews automatically.

Does it renew automatically?

Yes, at the end of each period it renews on the same plan unless you cancel it.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, from My account.

What is the unlimited replacement guarantee?

It is an option you add to your plan and pay together with it, for the same period. As long as it stays active without interruption, we replace your tracker as many times as needed: breakdown, defect, accidental damage or misuse, or any problem with the service.
