Can I see all vehicles with a single user?
Yes. The main account sees every vehicle on the same map, in the app (Android and iOS) and in the browser.
Can several people from my company log in?
Yes. You create users on the findCar website and assign each one the vehicles they can see. Each user can create their own geofences and alerts; the main account keeps the general ones.
Is the invoice issued to my company?
Yes. Enter your company name and, if you have one, your VAT number when you buy or request a quote.
Can I get a single invoice for all vehicles?
Yes, on request. From 5 vehicles we prepare a quote and a single invoice for all of them.
Can I add vehicles later?
Yes, at any time. Buy more trackers and activate them in the same account; if you have a quote with us, we extend your subscription.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The plan is paid in advance (monthly, quarterly, yearly or every 2 years) and you can cancel at any time so it does not renew. See the terms of sale for details.
Is it legal to track vehicles driven by my employees?
Yes, within the law. In the EU and the UK, the GDPR and the UK GDPR require a legitimate and proportionate purpose (job scheduling, theft protection or mileage records), informing every employee beforehand and, where applicable, consulting employee representatives. Data protection authorities such as the UK ICO advise against constant monitoring and recommend that tracking can be switched off outside working hours when a vehicle is also used privately. In other countries, such as the United States, the rules vary by state. This information is for guidance only and is not legal advice.
Does it work in other countries?
Yes. Each tracker has its own SIM, which uses mobile networks in more than 180 countries.
